Our mission at One SAFE Place is to provide intervention and safety to a community affected by domestic and sexual abuse. To that end, One Safe Place is committed to providing victims of domestic and sexual abuse with the resources needed for safety, healing and prevention of further victimization.   • Walk a Mile Press Release

    On May 10, 2014, fittingly one day before Mother’s Day, One SAFE Place will host Redding’s Seventh Annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes®, an event that asks the men in our community to honor the women in their lives by literally walking a mile in women’s shoes. The one mile walk around the Market Street Promenade in downtown Redding will be followed by a family event called Pizza and Pumps.
